All orders are processed within 24 hours of purchase (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has been processed, it will be prepared for shipment and you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order ships.

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Canada: 5–12 business days

  • Australia: 5–12 business days

  • Europe: 7–12 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors such as customs processing, carrier delays, or peak seasons.


Order Cancellations

We understand that plans can change. Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase.

To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible at info@trendystrollo.com and include your order number.

Once an order has entered processing or has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. If your order has already shipped, you may still return it once it arrives by following our return process below.
